I finally got Bios1005final. While at their website, I noticed in the notes for this update: 5. Fix coding error in Hyper Threading support.

I believe the 845G chipset does not support Hyperthreading. You have to upgrade to a 845PE or 845GE chipset mobo.

the i845G chipset does support Hyper-Threading! Only Revision A of 845G doesn't support it and most motherboards aren't revision A. So yes, HT is now supported on your motherboard. Now you need a processor to support and and applications to take advantage of it.
