p4 Xeon Cooler

Are they the same size as regular P4 since the pin is differnet..

ie would this one work ?

The keep out zone on Xeon boards is a little tighter than standard P4 boards. The Akasa may be a tight or no fit. You can find some good information on fitting heatsinks on Xeon boards in this thread.
