P4 Temperatures Make Sense?

I have no clue how P4 2.26Ghz should run at what temperature range. I used Winbond to check out my system temperatures. Do these numbers look right to you?

CPU Temperature: 53C

if its load. yes.

if that isn't load then those temps are a little too high. How about some other temps, like case temp, ambient temps etc.
