I plan on building this system some time in the future, a bit more is explained in the "comments" part on the bottum. Just wanted to get your guys opinions. This is after scouring places to find the best stuff, although I'm not sure about the geil mem now...

looks good, but take a look at the ASUS P4P800 Deluxe. It will save you $60 and performs up their with the Canterwood boards.

I have several "geek" friends who are not fond of geil memory and suggest Kingston or Corsair. The extra cost is kinda worth it. The rest of the stuff looks pretty good.

It is good, but PC3500C2 and HyperX PC3500 are better. The PC3500C2 is also rated at PC3200 2-2-2-6.

You'll be able to o/c on the retail fan fine. Go for the OEM if you must have a different fan/HS, but the 3-year warranty is rather nice (Overclock?!? What's that?). As an added incentive for the P4P800, it has IDE RAID.

The TT Spark 7 may not be as good as what you have, but is still a killer HSF and alot cheaper.

Hmm, thanks alot guys. I thought you could overclock nicely on the stock heatsink but I wasn't sure.

*edit*I just took out the geil mem and the heat sinks and added in the kingston(ten bucks cheaper then corsair, so a twenty buck savings). Is kingston on par with kingston?*edit*
