P4 2.8ghz article


I think with recent ocing of these new p4b chips it is no surprise Intel could step up fast and bypass the 2.66ghz...

The article states thet are doing this to boost lagging sales...This will definitley help push the other chips down.

I imagine this may also result in phasing out the 1.8a faster as well, and soon intel will be only fabbing the p4b chips....


When is AMD's next release of the 2300+ or 2400+???

Win2k limitation @ 2800mhz supposedly - they dont wanna bother MS with it.

Cooled by LN2 Liquid Nitrogen. They get it to post and take the WCPUID reading and that's it. Doesn't run Windows, not that you would want to with tubs of LN2 around.
