P4 Stock HSF

dunno, but all I can say is that the one that came with my 2.4C worked ok at 3.0. Got quite hot but never throttled back.
 
The one that came with my 1st two weeks of sale edition P4 2.8C is your basic rectangle with full length fins... no copper insert.
 
The ones with the copper insert are only in the 3.0GHz and up CPUs. All the 2.8GHz and below have the standard all-aluminum HSF.
