P4 Stock Heat Sink

Does it come with thermal tape?? Should I use that or use the old tube of Artic silver I have left over from my last rig I built. Does Artic Silver ever dry out and need to be replaced??

your AS should be fine!

Just be sure to get rid off all the stcok thermal pad before applying your AS and you'll be golden.
