p4 overclock question

I have my 2.6c running at 3.22ghz with 1.55v, ram 2.8v. Well the option for the ratio is 320, and my fsb is at 248. I'm just curious about what will happen if I change the ratio from 320, what else will I have to change. I just switched to p4 from amd so don't know awhole lot about p4's as I do amd. Also give me some opinions on what you think I should change to make it run faster. Thanks

That's a nice overclock. I would leave it alone if it's stable. You've probably already tried a higher number for the memory. The higher fsb for the cpu will give you better performance than a higher memory setting.
