P4 o'cs to 3GHz... duh!

Maybe I'm just a miserable old git, but... can we have a FAQ here? Doesn't matter what P4 you buy, with stock, air or otherwise sane cooling right now you'll get nearly 3GHz in most cases; T'bred 2700+, Palomino 2400+, OK this FAQ would change every month or so, but apart from the top-of-the-line CPUs released in the last month or so we could just publish a FAQ on this - what do you regulars here think? In fact the answer to the usual "how fast without making any real effort?" question is usually "about one model slower than the top of the range - unless you're very unlucky"...
