Wich is most important in a Psu for overclocking a P4.

Is it the number of amps on the 12v+ rail and less wattage
ie: 26A / 350w --- Enermax 365
or
Less amps more wattage
ie: 18A / 420w --- Thermaltake psu.
or
is it something else ?
??
 
Alright thankjs thugs, wich from those two Psu would you recommend,

Enermax 26a/350w
or
Thermaltake 18a/420w

Both are in my price range that why im limited to those choice.
