p4 Northwooe Mobo, 865 or 875 ?

Ok intel freaks, I'm going with the P4 3 ghz northwood. I would like to run 4 sata drives and this machine will be for video editing and gaming. I also want onboard audio and lan. whats the call . I'm not going to be OC'ing. just to make this clear . NOT OC"ING , thanks guys .

I use an msi 865pe neo2 LS (discontinued), but would recommend one of the abit models. The is7 does have 2 sata connectors (I was thinking of the "e" model) so it might be a good choice for you.

I had tremendous luck with my MSI 865PE NEO-P mobo.

Go with an Abit IC7-MAX3 board. You will have more than enough SATA headers. It also has onboard audio and GB lan. Just cause this board was designed to be O'Clocked doesn't mean you have to. It's rock solid and I love mine.

875 is the faster chipset. and if your going 875, get the asus p4c800-e. top of the line along with the ic7-max3.
