I've read conflicting reports...the majority of the posts on anandtech seem to have the P4 idling on this board around the 30s and full load in the 40s using the Asus Sensor 2

but i've been browsing the northwood threads over at HardOCP (yeah i know) but everyone there seems to swear that the CUSL2 temp sensor is the correct one to choose...and there temps idle around 40s and full load around 50s...i'm wondering which of these is correct?

40-50 seem alittle high for the supposed cool Intel CPUs...this is starting to get into Athlon territory...my old Athlon XP ran cooler, if this is the case

I don't think anyone realy knows for sure. I know my 1.6A @ 2.2 1.5V idles at 41C/load at 48C, according to the CUSL2 setting in MBM5. The sensor2 setting drops the temps about 10C, so who knows. We'll have to wait for a new version of MBM I guess.
