Gigabyte 8IHXP... Has all the bells and whistles, and is the only current 850e solution paired with ICH4. Goto this link to view information about it. There is also a lot of good info about it at Asusboards which you can follow with this link.

The other option is to wait for the new Asus P4T533 board that utilizes the new 32bit RDRam factor (1 RDRAM required instead of a pair). Supposedly, they are going to be offered with a stick of 512mb 32bit RDRAM for around $300 US. We'll see though...

Why? RDRAM isn't any more stable than DDR is. Performance is why u want RDRAM and I agree. Go get a Asus P4T533-C and 2 sticks of PC1066 RDRAM and u'll be set.

I dunno much about the Gigabyte Board, but P4T533-C (and its 32-bit RIMM counterpart P4T533) rocks.

DDR will be just as stable, and a lot cheaper on the wallet. Even Intel is getting rid of their desktop Rdram setups. I think this is the last Desktop Rdram chipset from them.

Go to price watch and look for the AV45GT2 . It has 5.1 C-Media sound card, and USB 2.0. VERY Stable and Fast ddr board.
