P4 mobo's that lock PCI/AGP in spec?

I want to do the Northwood 1.6a overclock and would like to choose a mobo that locks the PCI/AGP in spec (I feel this would give the most stable system), but after reading all the posts I'm still not clear which boards allow this. Also, can the PCI/AGP be locked at all FSB speeds or only at certain FSB speeds? I don't really care which chipset I end up with (645 or 845) it will be time to upgrade in 6 months anyway.

Gigabyte 8IRXP locks the bus at 33/66 up to 133. Then it goes up as you increase. However, there are other settings within the bios. I believe that there is a total of like 5 settings you can use for different PCI/AGP speeds...
