Yes, they do exist; not sure where, but they are out there; sorry I can't be more helpful than that. Here's why though:

I doubt that many people here will recommend it. The P4 relies on fast memory to do its best work. Coupling it with PC133 really hits the P4's performance bottleneck where it hurts. A DDR board will offer more performance, and shouldn't cost much more.

And of course, many people will probably recommend an AMD system because of their good performance and low cost.:D

Thanks for the info.

I have an ABIT BX6 with a p3 750 and 768 MB of PC133 SDRAM.

My thought is to buy a new MB and CPU and use the memory and everything else so that I can save a little money.

Looks like I need to find a MB with the i845 chipset.
Went back through Anand's MB reviews and the 845 would work with 133 SDRAM.
I know that the 845 also support DDR too.
I could not find any comparison between the performance difference between the 133 and DDR Ram with the P4.

I do understand the true available bandwidth difference, but I wonder about real-world differences.

I think the original ASUS P4B used SDR RAM. True, Motherboards with the intel i845 chip use SDR memory but most now are based on the i845D which uses DDR memory. Check around on this site (anandtech) and others, I think you'll find that DDR memory beats SDR by a good margin (10%+) on everything. The best bet would probably be for you to try to sell some/all of your old memory and get new stuff.
