P4 Machine advice.

I am presently building my first machine. I need advice on a video board to drive my Viewsonic VA720 LCD. Also any input on my ideas.
Mobo ASUS P4C800 Deluxe, Intel P4 2.8 800 FSB. No Mem yet but considering Corsair 1Gig. HDs WD Raptors at Raid 0.
 
You might check out the 9800se. Prices start at $149 (pricewatch), and according to recent posts, you can upgrade the bios and get the same performance as the pro model. The brand is either ati or sapphire technologies, not sure which.
