I've been told it's a 3.2 GHz 1M cache but before I stick it to a Mo-board I need to know if I'm going to Spark it or run it...?

Unlocked Multiplier I believe.

Start overclocking...

It's probably an Engineering Sample. You'll have partially unlocked multipliers but it may not overclock well if it's an early sample. It could also be a tremendous overclocker though...

Most likely an ES, should overclock extremely well since they're speed binned.
