P4 heatsink height?

Hey guys, simple question but I'm having trouble finding an answer.
I was thinking of using one of those cheap netvista cases for a comp. It only takes half height pci cards, if that gives you an idea of how tall it is. What I'm wondering is how tall the p4 retail heatsink is (for a 1.6A, say), and how much room you think it needs above it for proper air flow.

The Intel P4 Processor Thermal Design Guidelines (pdf) will give you all the info you need on the physicla size of the retail HS. The juicy parts start around page 20. Look at the section on measuring temps and you'll see how much room Intel gives above the HS for temp measurment. I don't know if this correlates into the minimum clearance need for good airflow.
