P4 Heatsink and Compatibility

I'm looking for a new heatsink/fan but most of the P4 heatsink/fan I see are for Pentium 2.4 or whatever and up. I have a P4 1.5. Will it still work if I get a heatsink/fan that is for P4's that are faster than 1.5G?

Yes, it will. The number just means how fast a cpu it can cool.
