I like AMD, I just built a new server for my office using a 2200+ on a A7N8X. Runs real nice. Throws off some good heat though. You guys just take a this Intel AMD stuff waaayyyy to seriously. Just, chill........
How about $450 for the Athlon 64, which itself trounces the P4 3.2C (especially when overclocked).
I think it's pretty ridiculous that Intel is even releasing this P4 EE. With 2MB of cache, I seriously doubt it will ever fall below the $500 mark (at least no time soon). So, it's (as I said elsewhere) a knee-jerk reaction by Intel to save face in light of the A64. I think it's an obvious marketing ploy.

gorillaman. He likes his Intel and he likes his nVidia. If those two companies are keeping up with paper launches and marketing tricks, in his eyes they're doing a good job. Down with ATI and AMD, right
