Seeing as P4 1.3ghz are cheaper than P3 933s, I see no point in keeping the 933s. Anybody have any experience with dually P4s? I have no experience with P4s whatsoever...

Willamette Pentium 4s themselves are not capable of SMP. You need to buy the Pentium 4 XEON....which is much more expensive and probably precludes the reason for your buying Pentium 4.
