I was checking out this site, Spode's Abode and was pretty intrigued by the direct die watercooling setups. Has anyone done this on a P4? I am seriously considering going with water cooling and this looks like a pretty interesting way of doing it.

Direct-die cooling is for the truly brave. I've not heard of anyone doing it other than the write-up you linked at Spode's. I imagine others have done it. You probably should ask over at the procooling, hardforums or virtual-hideout.net forums. You're more likely to find someone there, I think, who would have played around with this.

I was thinking about this very subject on my way home from work this morning. I thought about using some type of O-ring seal though. :)

The O-ring would definitley make things alot simpler if it comes to fixing part of the system or if you change chips. It does have more possibilities for leaking though if not done 100% right. Decisions, decisions... :)
