Of course : the P4 2.2Ghz IS a 400fsb part (as well as a Northwood i.e. 512KB cache)

For your info : the 2.26GHz is the 533MHz FSB part.



 
Generally, people who are getting the 400MHz FSB Northwoods are gearing towards the lower end of the spectrum (1.6A, 1.8A) and are looking for a substantial overclock. If you're not on a tight budget, and you don't want the "hassle" or "risk" of overclocking, it would probably be a good idea to go for a 533MHz FSB Northwood.
