P4 and 4x512MB of ram?

are there any issues using 4x512MB of pc3200 all the same manf and specs in a 2.8c i865pe m/b? does it have the same problems as a a64?
 
shouldnt have a problem thoughh i am far from an intel expert. , the 4x ram stic problem is entirely from the amd64 memory controller so your 4 should be fine.
 
Works peachy. intel i865/i875 run fine with 4x512. Click the Memory tab and page back to late 2002 and 2003 for several articles, but at stock speeds, no worries.
