P4 640, p180, scythe ninja temperatures

With OCCT and Prime95 running at the same time, computer is on full load, I'm averaging about 57C, is this normal temperatures? I'm expecting it to be around the low 50's right?

Seems a bit high for the Ninja... do you have a 120mm fan blowing on it or are u using exhaust?

I am using a 120mm fan blowing at it ... should the fan on the top be turned on?
