This is one of those really dumb questions that never gets answered in reviews, etc.
I've gotten a deal on a bare P4-1.7-478 and am getting the rest of the system put together now, including an Abit TH7-II raid mobo...I need to pick myself up a HSF though, and all the websites that sell P4 HSF only seem to mention P4-423.
So, the dumb question: Do HSF for P4-423 fit just fine on P4-478?
Also, can anyone recommend a particular HSF that is pretty quiet? I don't see myself OC'ing much (might play around up to 2ghz tops) but having relative quiet is more important to me than maximum OC'ing. Any source recommendations?
