P4 400mhz vs 533mhz with PC2700 DDR?

Will there be a differance in performance between the P4 400mhz and the 533mhz with DDR PC2700.

I don't know the numbers off the top of my head, but I remember the difference being significant. Both Anand and Tom did reviews comparing the two fsbs. Check those for actual values.
