yep and yep, new egg only sells the 3.2's... google is just about worthless..

there are lots of NWs . . . . mixed in with the Prescotts . . . . look for 512MB L2 cache as a quick way to differentiate them.

Click on most of the links, they are not in stock. The 3.4C has become pretty hard to find.
