I can't believe you are keeping it. Unless you already have an X800 or do a lot of professional encoding, you could buy some many more top-end componets for the sale price of that chip.

well, as tru as that is, i still got it for free...and not in need of the money, or craving other parts... I would rather brag about useing this beast of a chip...

Anyway, i finally opend it and installed it...and my stress is gone

Ive managed to overclock mine to 3.6, with no issues at all. Mind you i have never really pushed it harder .
