P4 3.0c OCing

I have the P4 3.0c with the stock fan and the Asus PC400-E deluxe motherboard. Currently I have my bios set to 10% overclocking and its running at 3.32 GHz with a CPU temp. of 100F. Is it ok to run this puppy at 3.6 GHz (20% OC) ?

I have the chieftec case that looks like the old Alienware case with the 2 80mm case fans in the back pulling air flow out, 1 80mm case fan on the bottom of the case pulling air flow in, and 1 80mm case fan in the hard drive cage pulling air flow in. My PSU is the Antec TrueBlue 480Watt that has 2 fans in it.

Currently with full CPU load my temp is 118F and my motherboard temp is 93F. The Q Fan control ratio in my bios setting is set to 12/16 and my retail fan is @ 3994 RPMs.

I'm still waiting on delivery of my Thermalright SP94 and Panaflo fan.

yes you are using an asus motherboard thats why. (highly debatable temps)
heat will become an issue unless you stay on default vcore.

the thermaltake should help.
keep a close on on temps, and always test your system with prime95 for stability for at least an hour.
