3.0C P4? Does this little puppy have hyper threading technology? If so how much? and where I can I get some! :)

Trying to get a discussion going on the new canterwood 3.0 from Intel and the P4C800 from ASUS.

Yes it has, it's the new 800fsb chips and all of those willhave HT, even the lower ones (the lowest of them being 2.4Ghz).

Canterwood is not the name of the cpu but motherboard chipset, the one P4C800 is using actually.

The reason the cpu is called 3.0C is because of the 200/800Mhz fsb, 100/400 = A (1.6A for example, all northwoods have some letter after the speed, Williamettes that came before didn't), 133/433 = B (2.533B), 200/800 = C (3.0C)

This is not to be confused with the stepping of the cpu's, my 2.4B is a C1 for example but still a 2.4B. In this case it refers to revisions of the chip not a different version/speed (like the letter behind the speed does).
