P4 3.0C 800 mhz still not shipping

Intel may have said the problem was resolved - but unless the major PC vendors are shipping it - it ain't really shipping. Dell and Gateway announced product and then pulled and replaced them with 3.06's with 533 buses and 333 DDR instead. Does anyone know a major vendor which is shipping this? I'm guessing that they've just cancelled them until the 3.2 ships next month and Springdale is announced. Comments? Tell me I'm wrong and make me happy.

First, are you interested in a full system? Those will probably be delays due to the company selling them and not as much Intel. If I remember correctly, newegg is selling them now.

Hey. I purchased a Dell complete system around the 10th of April.

P4, 3GHz - 800MGz fbs
1024MB DDR 400 MHz

The estimated delivery date has not changed from the day I ordered it: May 14-17.

It was weird... because in the day or two previous to the actual order date, the new chip and board wasn't even an option. But when I went to finalize the order, they were there. So I bought those. But then the very next day, I noticed that they weren't even offering it anymore. I'm guessing they just accepted a very limited amount of orders for this setup?

Might just be a delay in shipments, or they only got a small amount in so far. Could also be they need to update things inside the company internally before they start selling them. Just about every online retailer has them posted, and a lot have them in stock.
