During POST I'm showing a CPU Mem Frequency of 400Mhz
for a P4 2.80C 800Mhz HT.

Is this a correct reading?

If it isn't how can I change it?

thanks

from what i know is ur chip fsb = 800mhz & ur ram is DDR400
200 = 400 = 800 which is 200=800..
ur bios is 200xmultiplier? running with DDR400 PC3200...?
if this is true uh i think it is correct that it shows 400mhz mem

Yep, it's correct, though technically maybe it should say "200 MHz DDR", but never mind that :)

It's correct. The 2.8C has an 800mhZ quad-pumped FSB, which is 200 mhZ actual FSB. The memory is running at 400 mhZ DDR (DOUBLE data rate), which is 200 mhZ actual.

200 mhZ on FSB, 200 mhZ on memory = 1:1 ratio
