P4 2,53 versions

I just got my P4 2,53 wich has a SL6EV code. I can`t find that on the intel spec finder list...there are just the SL685, SL6DW and the SL6EG.
What`s the difference between those versions ?

sorry to say, but that's a B0 stepping. Ya never know though, it may go the distance because of its low multiplier.

hey caboob where do have the proof that is the bo stepping???

The fact is that porcessor spec codes run numerical and alphanumerical and the fact the sl6eg which comes before the sl6ev makes me think it is a c1 stepping chip like the sl6eg chip is.....

Just go ahead and push on and see if you can get 3ghz with it....A lot of the b0 stepping chips came close with a few cracking over this with air cooling alone.

Read the rest of the specs off the chip and box...
