P4 2.53 'Intel Confidential' Unlocked Multiplier???

😕 A guy has one of these for sale. He says the multiplier is unlocked. I had a 2.8 'Intel Confidential' and the multiplier was NOT unlocked. Anybody have any info or experience w/ these???
 
It could go either way. Some engineering samples are locked, and some are unlocked.

There's no way to tell until you install it.
