Hello all. My first post here, so plz bear with me here. ; ) I've recently upgraded to a P4 2.53 with the c1 stepping and I've been looking around for an economical MB (~$100-150) for overclocking stability. How far can I expect this processor to go? Which would be a good MB to use? I'm using dual 512MB pc2100 DDR RAM. Thanks!

Well, with conventional HSF, just how high will the 2.53 go? Are the gigabyte MB's generally considered an economic alternative to ASUS or AOpen?

You should be able to get 3Gb+ pretty easy with that chip.
Asus or Abit I845E would be a good choice for stability and overclocking.

You new guys should enable your profile and pm's - IMHO :)
