P4 2.4CGhz CPU...

Less then 100.. although northwoods have a bit of a premium, at least 2.8+ from what i've seen.
You could probably net one for 50ish if you find a good deal.

Yep, Northys are going for a good price right now. I should of held on to mine a little longer. No one wants to buy my Prescotts. 🙁

Hmm, I wonder how much I could get for my Northwood 2.6C, runs stable at 3.25, I should try to sell it in a package with my P4P800 and Thermalright SLK-900U w/ 92mm Panaflo, that way I'm forced to upgrade to C2D 🙂

I'd put it up on eBay before I put it n the FS/T forum, you're likely to get a better price. A lot of the people here are more or less tech savvy, people on ebay are not.

2.4c's are pimp for OC'n its that last box I have built in years with an Abit IC-7G board and some Corsair TWIN X matched memory.... you should be able to get all 3 for $225-275 bucks I would think that stuff is almost 3 years old if it isn't older.

I bought a P4-3.4 NW last week at E-Wiz for $112. They apparently have a good supply of NW chips at bargain prices.....

I still have one box running with a 2.8C on an IC7-G @ 3.5Ghz on air and stock voltage. Neighbor wants to buy the box, has x800xt vidcard, for $900.

These Northy platforms hold value compared to other platforms for some reason....don't know why though.
