P4 2.26C a good overclcoker?

Dell put a P4 2.26 in my computer(I'm the only one I have ever seen have this chip). Does anyone know if it's a good overclcoker?

The 2.26 is a "b" cpu running at 533. It will overclock, but not in a dell system.
