I just got my p4 2.26B and asus p4b-533e, power supply should be in later today. I will be overclocking but not to extreme, which artic compound should I get, and are either really necessary, also how do they affect the warranty (I know overclocking technically voids it, but if I don?t raise the voltage to high (will go no higher then 1.65) I doubt I will burn the chip up so they wont know that I overclocked)? Thanks.

Yes you need some compound of somekind. I prefer Artic Silver III myself, but if you have nothing else even the Radio Shack compound will do. Any kind is better than none at all. I wouldn't recommend going over 1.75 so if you will be at 1.65 then you'll be OK. As far as the warranty goes they probably wouldn't be able to tell unless you burnt the crap out of it.

Thanks, I still have to order my black floppy drive (to match the case), so when I order that from newegg I will get some AS3.
