Are you sure that you want onboard video?
There are very few full ATX Pentium 4 motherboards with onboard video, except for those based on the upcoming i845G chipsets. Don't expect very good video performance from either boards based on the i845G chipset, or the SiS650 chipset (which is the only current Pentium 4 chipset with onboard video).
If you are going with onboard video, it would probably be a waste to have a 2.0GHz Pentium 4 on there. You might as well purchase a 1.6A instead.
If you insist, however, I recommend the
ASUS P4S333-VM (microATX) which has everything that you need.
