p4 1.6a what is the best mobo for me

i have a p5 1.6a cpu and i'm looking to buy a mobo that is solid and will allow me to oc this baby. the mother mobo have to be ddr. there are so many mobo out there but i dont know which one is solid and good. so can you expert please help me out...

Asus P4B266 or MSi 845 Ultra ARU. Both are great boards, oc about the same, and both have Sound, and USB 2.0. If I had to pick, I'd say MSi 845 Ultra ARU because it's prolly a tad cheaper than P4B266 for similar features.

the p4b266-c would be cheaper than the msi ultra ar if you didn't need the raid and usb 2.0 stuff

Newegg is carrying several P4 SiS645 boards that might be worth looking into. There are two Epox boards, but the RAID one is OOS.
