P4 1.4 SOCKET 423 Fan Replacement?

Well...First, you will need to say what HS you have or at least what size fan it has. Second, the speed of your processor would be helpful in determining your needs. And why do you want to replace just the fan? Lower noise, lower temps, previous one died, etc...

My Processor Speed is 1.4 GHZ Socket 423

I have the stock silver Heat Sink provided by Intel when that comes with the processor.

The reason I'm replacing is, the fan makes grinding noise upon a cold boot. This doesn't happen all the time but happens every 4-5 days.
