P3V4X wont post after ICQ upgrade

I have had this mobo running great for about a year. A couple of days ago I
installed an udate to ICQ, it asked me to reboot, and now it will not get
past the post screen. It stops after displaying the BIOS version. It
recognizes the CPU and memory, but hangs before it checks the drives. I can
still go into the BIOS.

I have reset the CMOS, reset everything to defaults, and changed other
things in the BIOS, all to no avail.

System:
P3V4X, BIOS 1006
P3-700, was running at 868 @ 1.8
Geforce DDR AGP
SB Live
Maxtor 20 gig HD
2 NICS
98 SE

Anyone have any clue on this?

I think the ICQ thing may have been a coincidence just try pulling things out and trading them with things that you know work... do that and I belive you will find what is wrong...
