System:
P3v4x M/B (1005 BIOS version)
PIII 650 FCPGA on Iwill Sloket II (running at 866)

My problem is that in the BIOS setup and with the ASUS probe software that I cannot display the CPU tempurature. In the BIOS it is grayed out and will not let me change the settings and in the Probe software it gives me outrageous numbers (120C!!!) any solutions to this would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem with a PII 300mhz. Would flashing the bios to 1005 solve the problem? Somebody help us out, please.

I have the same problem. Using the 1005 bios with a PIII 600E cB0. No temperature in the bios and an impressive 241C/465F with Asus Probe and all while maintaining an 8C/46F motherboard temperature. Those intel folks really insulate their processors well. I don't want to overclock until I can monitor CPU temps. Help!
