Unless you have an unlocked processor, the multiplier available for selection will not matter, as clock locked processors will ignore whatever setting the motherboard sends and use its own hardwired setting.
i am highly aware of that. just wondering how high of a p3 it can support.. but i think the highest p3 is 1ghz, and its 133 bus, soo, it really doesnt matter because thats only a 7.5, i know it does that
The 1GHz P3 is also available in the 100MHz FSB version. With a 10x multiplier that is locked, it doesn't matter. The P3V4X does support this processor.
