P3B-F voltage problem, help please

hi,

I have got a problem with the voltages on my P3B-F , the +5 voltages hovers around 4.38v to 4.75v and the -5v is always at about 5.05 to 5.25 volts.
This constantly sets of the alarms in the bios and other programs,though it isnt actually causing me many problems but it is getting on my nerves.
But what is the -5 and +5 voltages related to, and what should i do to solve this problem.

The 5 volt rail is not used by many devices anymore, so it should not be much of a problem.

You should check your power supply...that is the probable cause.
