I'm about to be the happy receiver of a p3b-f with a p3 500e and I have pc100 ram on hand, anyone have suggestions (I know I'll need better ram) on overclocking without frying my touchy lil Maxtor hd?

Suggestions for fans/hs for the above with an enlight 7327 case/250w pwr supply

The P3B-f can step the PCI multiplier down. So when running at 133MHz FSB, the IDE drives will be running PERFECTLY in spec.

So run that chip at 133mhz FSB. As long as you have an AGP card that can run the 89MHz or if you use a PCI card- AND you have memory that will run 133mhz, you should be all set to run at 667MHz :)

The PIII-500e runs very cool- special cooling is not all that necessary.
