The Asus P5K Deluxe is one solid board... been playing with mine for past 4 days http://i4memory.com/showthread.php?t=4027 and can definitely say Asus been taking alot of past feedback into account when they made this board 🙂

Just saw the 3 Asus boards based on the P35 Express (the P5K, P5K3 Deluxe-Wifi, and P5K Deluxe) prices on a local Canadian store's website. It's not on sale yet though.

The prices doesn't seem to be too far off the mark from the older 965 boards.
I would love to see an extra 4x or 8x PCI-E slot instead of those 3 regular PCI slots, though I don't think the P35 Express do have more PCI-E traces to spare.
What is funny is that to this day I have not seen any local stores advertising DDR3 sticks.
