Does anybody have any experience with this setup?
P35-DS3R + 4 sticks of 1GB OCZ2N1066SR2GK
No luck for me. It fails memtest and Vista 64 is crashing. I guess I am going to exchange it for some other memory; and it won't be OCZ. That, I am sure.

also, what is vdimm rating on the ram? mine is 2.2v, but the mobo defaults to 1.8v. try changing vdimm in bios to 2.2 or 2.1 or whatever it is supposed to be. I'm assuming that's 1066 mem so it should be at least 2.1.

I'd try that first as well. Just because it boots at 1.8v doesn't mean it's stable at 1.8v.

Thanks guys.
I tried only one pair at the time and it worked fine. The overclock was good as well.
Mem was at 2.2v.
I switched to Mushkin HP2-6400 DDR2-800 2x2GB High Performance Series CAS 5-4-4-12 (996564 (2x2048MB)).
Now, my Q66B3 is at 410x8-3.28GHz. I am a happy camper :)
