P35 DS3P users: What Bios?

Thought about some bios updates for my motherboard. I know with Bios its best to follow 'if it ain't broke don't fix it" but i was wondering if there was anything worth flashing to in the newer bios(es?) f8, f9

What bios are you guys using for your Gigabyte GA-P35- DS3P?
 
I'm using F9. Haven't benchmarked anything so not sure if it makes any impact on system performance.

I went went from F6 straight to F9. There is a new option (Loadline Calibration that I disabled) and it shows all the memory timing settings without have to press CTRL F1.
